Lose weight by….Eating?

With people who are overweight, they will diet but to almost everything in the power to avoid physical exercise. And how do they diet, by paying for programs s where they EAT not exercise. They’ll cut out high carbs eat larger portions of different antioxidiant to lose weight.

Isn’t eating the cause of problem? How does that work? Do you eat at a faster pace?

Do they go to AA meetings and say drinking lite beer is the best way to cure alcoholism.

You know the best way to burn belly fat? Cut out high-carb antioxidant, you say. No, situps..

Then again, maybe they actually burn more calories trying to avoid exercise
